Remember when I told you I couldn’t find individual servings of sugar-free cozy shack pudding anywhere around here? Well I went to Super Target today to get some stuff – and there they were in all their glory!

I’m thinking they were probably there the whole time and I just strolled on by every time, but whatever, I found them! Obviously, I immediately ripped open a carton when I got home, added some cinnamon and dug in. Mmmmm sooo creamy, rice-y and perfectly sweet…just an amazing desserty type snack for only 70 calories and with super minimal ingredients – love that!
For some reason I wasn’t super hungry today – I get that way whenever my schedule get thrown off – ie every weekend I eat at really random times. Since we’re going to an engagement party tonight that will most likely have copious amounts of food and drink – I didn’t want to go completely starving, so I finished off the rest of my bag of organic, unsulfured apricots. Oh, these were so good – I will miss them!!
I’ll let you know about the party tomorrow – should be a lot of fun! I’m refraining from drinking tonight – I had a couple beers last night when we were out with some friends and I really don’t like to drink two nights a week. I know – I am LAME, but you know what, my body just doesn’t feel good when I drink a lot, so I listen to it…most of the time 😉

Question: Do you guys eat on the weekends like you do during the week? ie at the same times, same kind of food? I’ve tried reeeeeeally hard to eat at the same times during the weekend as I do during the week, but it’s never really worked out for me. I think it’s because during the weekend, I’m out running errands, going to movies and having snacks there, etc.
